My supervised clinical experience was instrumental in shaping my own therapeutic approach. Because I found my supervisory relationships so impactful, I am committed to creating the same supportive, growth-oriented environment for the LPC Associates and counseling professionals I supervise and consult with.

Although the requirements for LPC supervision and CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) consultation differ, my goal remains consistent: to provide practical intervention ideas, clinical conceptualization strategies, and guidance that helps colleagues refine their unique counseling style.

My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and direct, tailored to meet the individual needs of each clinician. I offer both on-site and off-site supervision, accommodating associates who work within my practice as well as those at outside treatment centers or agencies. Weekly meetings provide structure and support, while my on-site supervision includes a strong emphasis on preparing clinicians for private practice success.
